After creating my first website in 1997, I knew that was where my passion lay. I love working with clients and coworkers to create and/or maintain a site that accurately speaks a company or organization's users.

My background is in computer science with an emphasis on usability, though I also minored in creative writing. As a designer, I understand the elements of an effective presentation. As a web developer, I know how to create a site that works. As a UX writer, I can suggest wording that might be a stronger fit. As an editor, I'm able to catch typos. As a communications manager, I know how to speak and market to users.
